Tentang Mathilda Raras
Before joining fitness industry, I was a karateka. At first I practiced at the gym because I only wanted to strengthen my body so that when I practiced karate I would become stronger and more powerful. But then I fall in love with fitness industry. I decided to focus more on pursuing fitness. Then I took my certification at Rai Institute. I also join fitness community. My knowledge about fitness is increasing. Even so, I will still continue to learn. I also often participate in body contest events. The category that I join is women fitness model. In this category the judges assess are aesthetics and muscle proportional that still maintain a feminine side. So that women in this category still look beautiful, sexy and strong.
