What is a Zumba Class?

A Zumba class is a fun, high-energy fitness party that feels more like a dance club than a workout. It combines Latin and international music with easy-toKey Features of a Zumba Class:

1. The Music: The heartbeat of Zumba is the music. You'll dance to infectious rhythms like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and even pop and hip-hop. The energetic beats make you want to move and help you forget you're exercising.

2. The Moves:The choreography is designed to be simple and repetitive. You don't need any dance experience! The instructor will guide you through the steps, which often include body isolations, squats, and lunges, all disguised as dance moves.
