Hi this is Renu, I have done yoga course to make myself healthy and to make others healthy and happy as well..
We will start the class by doing some prayers with chanting Mantra to relax our mind, after that we will do sitting warm up Asanas, then standing poses, breathing exercises( Pranayama) which is very beneficial for our internal organs, respiratory system and nervous system as well.. We will be ending the class with thanksgiving prayer and Yognidra..I have overcome anxiety and depression by doing some specific type of breathing exercises and Asanas as well.. So seek an opportunity to share my knowledge and experience to make your life happy and healthy…
