I've been working with Christine for several months now and I really appreciate her attention to where her students are in their lessons/progress and how she adjusts for their level of speaking. She doesn't just follow a set guideline, but adapts as her students become more fluent (or not! :). I would recommend her to anyone trying to learn Chinese. She listens attentively and makes the lessons enjoyable through dialogue, pronunciation, and writing. I also appreciate the hours that she has been available as my schedule has been fluctuating recently.

Christine is an amazing and patient teacher. She has the ability to teach the student the information in a very simple way- which most teachers lack. I am lucky to be taking classes with her. In a very limited time before my Chinese exam, she helped me a lot and I took 20 hours with her and passed my exam! I am so glad to have found her. I will still continue to take classes with her until I become fluent. I have recommended Christine to my family members and to anyone who is willing to take Chinese in a fantastic way. Christine is an excellent tutor. She has a very structured approach to her teaching. I started my Chinese lessons with her as an absolute beginner with no prior knowledge of the language whatsoever. After 3 months of classes I feel confident with my progress and do not hesitate to converse in Chinese. Her vocabulary and sentence revision drills are very helpful and pushes you to learn new words every-time. Overall highly recommend Christine for anyone looking for a Chinese tutor.

Christine is very knowledgeable she speaks so many languages and know exactly how to teach new learners !
