Tentang Aurelia
Hi, I'm Magentha, and I've been teaching English for three years and half. I specialize in working with young learners and teenagers, creating fun and dynamic lessons that put students at the center of the learning process. I’m passionate about helping them build confidence in expressing their thoughts and understanding everyday English conversations. My approach combines student-centered learning, group problem-solving, and interactive activities like games and discussions to make English, especially grammar, feel more enjoyable and accessible. I believe that with the right support, learning English can be both effective and exciting.

Teaching Techniques and Methodology:
I use a range of techniques tailored to young learners and teenagers:
1. Game-based learning: This approach keeps students engaged and focused while encouraging teamwork and communication during group activities.
2. Student-centered learning: I reduce teacher talking time to give students more opportunities to express their ideas. I support them in improving their speaking structure and confidence.
3. Flipped classroom and project-based learning: These methods are especially effective with teens. They encourage independent thinking, creativity, and presentation skills, as students brainstorm, create projects, and present them to their peers or other classes.
Course Duration:
The course runs for either 1 or 2 hours. A 1-hour course is held twice a week, while a 2-hour course is held once a week.
Qualifications/Experience:
I have nearly 3 years of experience teaching English.
Target Students:
My courses are designed for learners aged 4 to 18 years old, covering a range of language levels.
