Tentang Hendriadi
English has become my stronghold since High School. I have been studying it for many years, and I find the language to be captivating.
I took English Literature for my bachelor's degree. When I was still studying in the university, the English major concentrated on translation. So, how did I gain my teaching experiences? I started off as a language laboratory assistance for two years.
As soon as I graduated, I was hired to work as a full-time teacher specialized in teaching exam-preparation course (such as IELTS, TOEFL, and etc. ) . Since then, I have encountered various students and learned a lot from them.
While working there, I had to participate in a teacher training to enhance our teaching methods.

Throughout my teaching career, I have conducted some research on which teaching method is the most effective to improve students' English.
I found that this method called "Contextual Teaching and Learning" is super effective to get students actively engaged in the learning process, assisting them in the language immersion. This results in a significant improvement of their English language.
Regardless of the teaching method, I always make sure that student's needs are fulfilled; therefore, adjusting my teaching method in accordance to student's needs and skills is my top priority.
