I am a Certified Yoga Instructor 200hrs with a love of nurturing people, culture, and the natural environment. I found yoga in 2014 as a tool to deepen her breath for singing purposes at the beginning. Over time, yoga has been bringing me an astonishing way of having a relationship with myself, listening to the truth of the universe that works closely with the subconscious mind. It leads her to reach the ultimate wellness method by expanding her knowledge of functional body movements, nutrition, a variety of mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and functional movements.

Breathing is the most underestimated greatest healer ever, while the mind is the human being’s strongest weapon. Through yoga, the two are combined with physical postures to practice mindfulness. These aim to increase attention and awareness of present-moment experiences. It helps in achieving the growth of new neural networks in the brain. This means we are essentially rewiring our brains to find better and new ways to handle tasks and cope with stress and emotions which equals to increasing focus, concentration, and productivity.

A single yoga class could significantly reduce tension, anxiety, depression, hostility, and fatigue, increase blood flow, and reach deep sleep. To maintain it, taking regular classes is highly recommended.
