Tentang Ridho
I am Ahmad Ridho Albana, a dedicated English Education graduate from Universitas Jambi with strong teaching and organizational skills. My passion is helping students improve their English communication and literacy through creative, student-centered methods.
During Kampus Mengajar Batch 7, I served as team leader at SD Negeri 1 Lais, where I designed and implemented more than ten literacy and numeracy programs. These initiatives improved students’ literacy scores by 25% and numeracy by 36%, based on pre- and post-test assessments.
I also worked as an Assistant Lecturer and Accreditation Team Member in the English Education Study Program, compiling and standardizing over 80 academic documents and helping the program achieve an “UNGGUL” (Excellent) national accreditation rating for 2025–2030.

Teaching Approach and Methodology
Teaching Techniques & Methodology
My approach is student-centered and communicative. I design interactive lessons that combine task-based learning, guided practice, and real-life communication activities. I use a blend of digital tools, games, and authentic materials (articles, videos, dialogues) to keep students engaged and to improve all four language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I adjust lesson plans based on each learner’s needs and learning style, ensuring that grammar and vocabulary are introduced in context and reinforced through conversation and practical exercises.
Course Duration
A standard course runs for 8–12 weeks, with two to three sessions per week, each lasting 60–90 minutes. For intensive programs or exam preparation (such as TOEFL/IELTS), I can customize shorter or longer schedules depending on student goals.
Qualifications & Experience
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Universitas Jambi.
Assistant Lecturer & Accreditation Team Member (2024–2025): Mentored undergraduates in academic writing and lesson planning.
Kampus Mengajar Batch 7 Leader (2024): Led literacy and numeracy programs that improved students’ literacy scores by 25% and numeracy by 36%.
These experiences have strengthened my skills in curriculum design, classroom management, and online teaching.
Target Students
My courses are designed for junior high to adult learners (ages 12 and up), from beginner to advanced levels. I also offer exam preparation (TOEFL) and academic English for university students who need writing, presentation, or conversation practice.
