Tentang Hildegardis
Hello! I’m a bilingual educator with 11 years of teaching experience in formal schools, including 10 years as a Homeroom Teacher. I have 9 years of experience teaching English and 8 years working in bilingual learning environments.
I also have 1 year of experience teaching in an International School using the IB curriculum. During my teaching career, I have taught Bahasa Indonesia to Grade 5 students in an International School, Grade 4 students in a National School, and Grade 2 students in a National Plus bilingual school.
As a teacher, I enjoy helping students understand lessons, overcome learning difficulties, and improve step by step. My experience as a Homeroom Teacher has taught me that every student learns differently, so I believe lessons should be adjusted to each learner’s needs and level.
I aim to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students can learn at their own pace, ask questions, and gradually become more confident using Indonesian or English.

I offer personalized online Indonesian lessons for Primary Students (Grades 2–5) and Adult Learners, with lessons adjusted to each learner’s level, needs, and goals.
For Primary Students, I use a clear and supportive approach to help students understand and apply Indonesian in their school learning. Lessons may include reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, homework support, and school assessment preparation. For students in International Schools, lessons can also be adapted to their school context and learning needs.
For Adult Learners, I provide practical and comfortable lessons focused on everyday Indonesian communication. Lessons may include daily conversations, travel, shopping, ordering food, useful vocabulary, and basic grammar.
Each lesson is conducted online and lasts 60 minutes. I have 11 years of teaching experience, including teaching Bahasa Indonesia to Grade 5 students in an International School using the IB curriculum, Grade 4 students in a National School, and Grade 2 students in a National Plus bilingual school.
My lessons are suitable for Primary Students (Grades 2–5) and adult beginners or learners who want to improve their everyday Indonesian communication.
The first 1-hour session is FREE. We will get to know each other, discuss your learning goals or your child’s school needs, and have a short mini lesson.
