As a native speaker and an active primary school teacher here in Indonesia, I’ve spent years breaking down the Indonesian language into practical, easy-to-digest steps. My daily routine in a structured classroom has helped me develop a highly patient and adaptive approach to teaching. I don't just focus on making you memorize dry textbook grammar; instead, I’m committed to helping you build the genuine confidence you need to actually use the language out in the real world.
To make sure our lessons are highly engaging and practical, I like to use a mix of real-life roleplays, guided conversations, flashcards, and official framework materials from the Indonesian Ministry of Education. This ensures that every session feels interactive and easy to follow, allowing you to pick up conversational nuances naturally rather than feeling overwhelmed by rigid rules.
Alongside my classroom experience with younger students, I also have experience in teaching BIPA (Indonesian for Foreign Speakers) to adult learners.

My teaching approach focuses heavily on practical communication and how Indonesian is actually spoken in real life. Each session typically runs for 60 minutes, but I am completely flexible based on your schedule and availability. Depending on what you want to achieve, we can design either a fast-track short-term plan or a steady long-term learning path. Whether you want to master basic survival phrases or steadily improve your fluency, we will pace it exactly to your liking.
As a native Indonesian speaker currently working as a primary school teacher in Indonesia, I know how to break down complex ideas into simple steps. My daily experience in a structured classroom environment has taught me how to be highly patient and adaptive, qualities that I bring directly into my private tutoring sessions to ensure a supportive learning environment.
