Aurelio (23) is passionate about human capital management, data analysis, and data visualization. Currently taking a role as a Human Capital - Performance & Reward Management Supervisor at PT Astra International Tbk. – Toyota [AUTO2000], automotive and industrial automation leading company in Indonesia.
He is recognized by his abilities in database management and people management. He is also adept at estimating costs, gaining consensus across teams, and delivering projects on time and on budget. Within his time around 3 years of experience in various industries, he is passionate about pursuing career in human capital management and development section, becoming an expert and professional talent who has specialities in human capital / human resources.
Aurelio graduated from Trisakti School of Management, majoring in accounting, with a concentration in audit, and graduated with satisfactory grade (GPA 3+ / 4.00).
During his time in university, Aurelio was taken a part in a high amount of organizational experiences and gained many achievements, he is involved in team-leading, managing, initiating, and strategic planning. He also maximizes his free time, he enjoys observing, exploring, and attending courses to increase his skills, competencies, and abilities.
All those experiences sharpened his leadership and critical thinking skills, and also improve his knowledge of how to structure problem-solving system and how to effectively communicate it through written and verbal media.
