I worked in the hospitality industry in Bali for three years. Prior to that, I was a senior student at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences at Gadjah Mada University (UGM). During my studies, I worked part-time as a tutor for students ranging from elementary to high school levels.
My teaching approach is relaxed and flexible, encouraging open discussions to create a comfortable learning environment. I monitor each student’s progress regularly.
With an academic background in social sciences and experience as a winner in a geoscience olympiad during my high-school, I am confident in my ability to support students in overcoming academic challenges. Let’s learn together and grow through the process.

In my teaching approach, I position myself as a supportive guide who helps students overcome various challenges—whether it’s difficulty with assignments, understanding course material, or other academic struggles. This method is especially effective for junior high school students. For senior high school students, in addition to assisting with academic issues, I also serve as a cooperative and engaging discussion partner.
I believe this approach helps boost students’ confidence and encourages active participation. I bring a cheerful personality into each session, creating a lively and engaging learning environment. I also offer flexibility, allowing students to reach out to me whenever they face difficulties.
The main subjects I teach are conversational English and social studies. I believe that practice makes perfect, and by being a learning companion rather than a formal instructor, the learning process becomes more enjoyable and effective.

Martha sangat baik pada anak-anak. Terlihat santai namun tetap pada batasnya. Martha pernah menjadi tutor untuk kedua adik saya, kelas 5 sd dan kelas 2 smp.
