• One of volunteer students from 8 am to 8 pm by providing non advisory services with mindful listening and assurance of confidentiality for students who have general problems in university life
• Dealing with sensitive information and communicate adaptly with different voice tones to meet their state of mind and concerns
• Active listening by reevaluating the summary of their story and provide help ranging from external support phone numbers to mental health call issues.
(Oct 2018 – December 2019) North East Solidarity Teaching Newcastle University
• Befriend refugees who struggled with english by teaching one to one English, encouraging them in making english conversation, and guide refugees with their homework from colleges
• Worked with other volunteers in searching material from external sources for college homework or producing examples for difficult English grammar so the learner understand with ease.
