Tentang Annes
I graduated from the Humanities Faculty of the University of Indonesia, majoring in German Literature and Studies. During my university years, I have been active in youth organisations and also political conferences.
Some of the awards that I received are: was rewarded twice as "Outstanding Delegate" for Model United Nations held for university students in Jakarta, "Best Campus Ambassador" for "Jakarta MUN", "Indonesian delegate" for "Harvard Project for Asian International Relations", the "President for World Merit Indonesia", and was awarded as the "World Merit Youth of the Month" in the year 2016, and was part of the "International Youth Organising Team" for the "Estoril Conferences" which was held in Portugal 2017.
Now, I am fully dedicated to teaching Social Sciences and International Studies in an International Secondary School, as well as a Model United Nations mentor and advisor for the MUN club in the school where I teach. Outside school, I am currently coaching private tutorials in English intermediate writing and debate skills.

The lesson targets learners who want to explore more about society—expanding and implementing their knowledge of local, national, and international affairs to become creative and critical thinkers. The classes are conducted in full English and are aimed at Upper primary to Secondary education. One session will be conducted for one hour online and one-on-one lesson. This allows effective interaction and discussion between the learner and the teacher. However, if students want to conduct a joint lesson with others, this is also welcomed. Activities in the class may vary, not only improving learners' knowledge of the topics correlated to the subject but also soft skills that allow them to become confident learners.
As an experienced teacher who has undergone more than 7 years of teaching in one of the biggest international schools in Jakarta, my lessons highly emphasise interactive activities and engagement between the teacher and learners. This will effectively develop the confidence of the learner.
