2. High-End Industry Vocabulary Drawing from my career as a Serandipians-preferred Designer, I provide specialized coaching for:
Luxury Hospitality & Tourism: Mastering the art of "high-touch" service.
Creative & Design Industries: How to pitch ideas and explain "The Why" behind your work.
Corporate Communication: Email etiquette, negotiation tactics, and "soft-skill" diplomacy.
3. The CEFR-Aligned Framework While my style is modern, my structure is rigorous. Every course is mapped against the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
