Hai, Apa kabar! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Ismail. I am an Indonesian tutor with more than 5 years of experience teaching non-native speakers from Australia, England, America, Japan, Turkey, Poland, and Slovakia.
I believe students should first trust their teacher in order to have a dynamic learning environment. I have become aware that teaching is not really about teaching, it’s about learning. It doesn’t matter how good I think I am as a teacher if my students aren't learning, then I am not succeeding.
One basic principle in my teaching method is that it needs to be tailored, fun and enjoyable.
I study English in the university and spent a lot of time on speaking English in my life.
Teaching should be student-centered starting from student needs and objectives and not from what the teacher wants them to put in their heads. So I really focused on Conversation Practice to help you become fluent in speaking, but if you are beginner don't worry! we can start learning from basic. I can provide you with the materials base on your level.
My students are very important to me, therefore their success is my first priority.

IF YOU ARE BEGINNERS
This lesson is right for the learner who wants to explore our language from a really basic level, or to strengthen what you have already learned. The class consists of several lessons which include self introduction, family, daily routine, food, question words, expressing feelings, asking about time and direction, occupation, and so forth. We will learn some key words which are normally used in daily life to create your own sentences, questions, and answers.
Practice make perfect, so that why during the lesson we will practice talking about simple topic.
IF YOU ARE INTERMEDIATE OR WANT TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR LESSON
This class is relevant for people who wants to strengthen their knowledge grammatically and broaden their understanding of Indonesian, and is also appropriate for those who want to learn more vocabulary in context. We can read articles, discuss some topic, make presentation and practice using the words you learn in context.
