I have graduated from Bunda Mulia Ancol University majoring in Hospitality and Tourism. So, I would have to interested about learning knowledge and experiences everything for further more in hospitality industry based on your job vacancy. I have heard your company name from my friend, social media, and some job vacancy websites.
In 2020 until now, I still join in Rumah Kasih Fidelia Foundation which engages in Religion, Social and Education. I'm the Vice Coordinator in this Organization would suggest kinds of idea to make humanity event like free doctor consultant, free haircut, distribute low-cost basic food items, etc.
In 2021, I finished my internship program in Harris Hotel & Conventions Bekasi for 6 months. I have a good trade record by doing my intern as Telephone Operator & Bell Driver on Front Office Department. My manager and supervisor before was satisfy with my performance.
In 2022, I joined in Avia Tour & Travel Agent as a Travel Consultant. My job-desk were selling tour package, handle the immigration administration, handle tourist visa & passport.
In March 2025, I joined in Garuda Indonesia as a Flight Attendant. I learn about teamwork, responsible on duties, full control at customer service by fulfill their needs, alert for the first aid for passenger.
In July 2025, I joined in Summarecon Mall Bekasi as Customer Service Supervisor at The Mall Management. I learnt about delegate task and supervise my 50 liegeman, making report daily ; weekly ; monthly ; yearly, and making new innovation idea about shopping program customer in the Mall.

Are you interested in learning Indonesian with English or mandarin language ? I am a native Indonesian speaker, and I will guide you step-by-step, whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for a trip, or wanting to improve your speaking skills with confidence.
In this online class, I will teach you Bahasa Indonesia with BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia Penutur Asing) or Indonesia Language Native for Foreign People or Tourist e-book materials in accordance with the Indonesian Ministry of Education's curriculum.
For the learning platform, we can use Zoom or Google Meet, depending on your preference.
